JUNE 19, 2010 -- Commander Tony Palladino announced his choices for 2010-2011 committee chairs during the June Executive Board meeting at the post.
  • Membership: Jack LaPaglia.
  • Baseball and Color Guard: Anthony Palladino.
  • Americanism and Auxiliary Liaison: Lenny Lascala.
  • Scouting and Junior Shooting: Dave Manore.
  • Boys State and NJROTC: Chris Urban.
  • Finance: Tom O’Toole.
  • Service Officer: David Wilson.
  • Scholarship: Vincent Zaleski.
  • Oratorical: Joseph Fraccola.
  • Law-and-Order, Memorial Day/Veterans Day, SAL liaison: Paul Wojcik.
  • Military liaison: Pat Dodge.
  • Legal Advisor: Hon. Al Alteri.
  • Executive Board and Bingo: Jim George.
  • Legislation: John Driscoll.

JACK LaPAGLIA announced he was assembling a membership committee to launch the 2010-2011 member campaign. The committee includes: Tony Palladino, Jim George, Jim Haggerty and Chris Urban. The committee will have its first meeting on July 22, following the NY Department Convention (July 15-17).

DAVE WILSON announced that the post would sponsor a pre-Independence Day party at 2 p.m. Friday, June 25 for its adopted nursing home veterans at the Pines at the Utica Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. He invites post members to come and celebrate with the aged veterans at the Pines.
